Category 2 — Training

Train your team on the tool they'll actually use — for half price.

Category 2 splits training costs 50/50, up to $20,000 of state match. Four formats, one goal: everyone leaves with something they built that works.

Straight talk on cash flow: you pay the full amount up front; the state reimburses YOUR business after award, delivery, and documentation. “Final cost after reimbursement” is your true number — not a discount at the register.

Bespoke Team Intensive

A training program built for one organization: your tools, your workflows, your calendar. We design the curriculum around the jobs your people actually do, run it build-lab style — every trainee constructs a working AI workflow from their own role — and certify completion. This is the format that fits most organizations best, because your operation isn't generic and your training shouldn't be either.

Optional deliverable: Documented-as-Delivered — a written record of the curriculum you actually needed, generated from what we actually covered. It doubles as most of your DLR reporting.

Scoped $8,000–$40,000 · state covers half, up to $20,000.

Topic Intensives
