Every South Dakota employer qualifies — businesses, nonprofits, schools, public sector. Category 3 pays your organization $1,000 per employee (up to $10,000) for time spent completing free AI certificate courses. The courses cost nothing. The application takes ten minutes. This whole kit is free.
